An independent bilingual publishing practice discussing a range of topics shared by a globally based community of contributors and readers. Tariff explores our presence within the cultural, political and temporal overlap of Arabic and English, and how the two languages can be presented together to form a (third) cohesive body of content without translation from one to the other.

Every issue is built through an explorative approach of the possibilities within a key word, which becomes the title of the issue.  All content is published it its original language; English, Arabic, or a combination of both.

Tariff highlights the semiotic play that emerges across the worlds and ideas of each contribution, serving as a living archive tallying the progression of thoughts within the community who shares it.
